Find out about a project to improve safety on Route 220 in Henry County. The
project includes improvements to intersections and ramps from US-58 to the area
of Marrowbone Circle. The project also includes improvements to the intersection
of US-220 and Route 87.
The Commonwealth Transportation Board (CTB) will host this required public
hearing, pursuant to 搂33.2-202. The purpose of the public hearing is to seek the
public鈥檚 input on the project and its advancement. VDOT representatives will be
available to discuss the project and answer questions.

Residency Office located at 309 Weeping Willow Lane in Bassett, 276-629-2582,
1-800-FOR-ROAD, or TTY/TDD 711. Please call ahead to ensure the availability
of appropriate personnel to answer your questions.
Give your written or oral comments at the hearing or submit them by
November 9, 2025, to Regan King, Virginia Department of Transportation, 731
Harrison Avenue, Salem, VA 24153. You may also email your comments to
